A few key things about the cabin:

It sleeps up to 6 people (two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa)

Hot tub, fireplace, whirlpool bath, two player arcade, a community catch and release fishing pond with poles at the cabin already, mural for socials, BBQ grill, full kitchen with place setting for 6, plus pots and pans, Keurig, and a washer and dryer!

If you are coming from the North, West, or South, you shouldn't have any detours, but see the map below to figure out how to get to town from the East by going around NC, since 40 is closed on that side.

Thank you to the past and future guests that have checked in on the cabin after the hurricane this past weekend. We appreciate it and are so thankful to report there has been no damage to the cabin or it's immediate surrounding area.

There was some flooding on Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg back roads but most are back to normal now and all main roads are fine in town.

The National Park has also opened most roads on the TN side of the mountains after verifying it was safe to do so.

As seen on the news, the NC side of the mountains has sustained a lot of damage as well as interstate 40 and surrounding towns in Cocke county, TN which is about 45 minutes further east from Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Please keep those families on your mind and help if you can, as many of them drive to our area to do cleans, handyman work, and work in the stores for the millions of visitors that come to the Smokies every year.

We get bears at the cabin frequently. Please don't feed them!

We would love to see pictures of them if you get any though!

*sigh* We’ve been asking visitors to not feed the bears for a while.

Feeding wildlife might seem sweet, but it’s actually a dangerous treat! When animals get used to human food, they often end up near roads looking for more. This puts them in the dangerous path of cars.

Let’s keep our furry friends safe and let them find their own food. The park is full of natural goodies—they don’t need our help!

Bears and other wildlife shouldn’t be treated like fluffy pets, no matter how cute they seem. Please stay at least 50 yards away and secure trash and food using animal-proof dumpsters or vehicles and bear boxes when camping.
