Cataract Falls is just 10 minutes away from Mountain Flower Cabin and Moonlight Theater Lodge, located just in behind the Sugarlands Visitor Center. The Sinks is one of our favorite stops as well. Right on the side of Little River Road, just west of the Elkmont Road.

Elkmont is a really neat place to visit as well. Not as much for the old buildings (although the history is interesting), but because the walk along Little River is possibly one of the best river walks in the entire park. Not alot of slope either, so this walk is good for those with mobility issues.

Some of our favorite shops include Christmas Place, any of the Pepper Palace locations, the GSMNP gift store, and Pigeon Forge Gem Mine, not as much for the activity, but for my mineral fix!
