Welcome to our Pet Friendly - Tennessee Home Away from Home!! We kept in mind all of the comforts of home while remodeling in February of 2024 and hope you enjoy “Modern Mountain Gamers Getaway” as much as our family does. If you stayed at this location in the past, as the new owners, we hope you will appreciate and enjoy all of the added amenities, including a new game room, TV’s in each room, freshly painted rooms, new bedding, bunk beds, sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, cover lift for hot tub and handrails on porch/game room stairs.
Location, Location, Location!! Did I mention the location is ideal and centrally located in Pigeon Forge? We are within walking distance of the “The Parkway” (.5 miles to the main strip with several attractions and restaurants), less than a mile from “The Island” and 10 minutes from Dollywood. There is ample free parking with a large driveway and an extended 70’x 25’ parking area for large trailers, boats, and multiple cars.
Modern Mountain Gamers Getaway accommodates 11 guests, ideal for multiple families. Sleeping arrangements include a king in the master with an ensuite bath, two additional bedrooms with queen mattresses, twin over full bunks in our kids’ corner of the game room, and a queen sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress in the living room. We provide free high speed Wifi throughout, all four bedrooms are equipped with HD smart TV’s and Spectrum cable through the app. Enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room with a large 65” smart TV and cook a delicious meal in our fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 and 4 additional bar stools.
Get ready for hours of fun in our newly renovated oversized game room, including an 8 Ft. Slate Pool Table, Retro Arcade Gaming System with 60 games (Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger… all of your favorites), Foosball Table, Air Hockey, Darts and Shuffle Board. Access to a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room off of the game room. After a long day of hiking, enjoy relaxing in the hot tub, playing games inside the screened-in deck (several games provided for kids of all ages), or keeping warm by the outdoor gas fire table. Grill out and enjoy outdoor seating on the deck for 12, or play Ping Pong in the garage. We have entertainment for all ages and are excited to share our place with you, your family and friends.
Outdoor Spaces:
On the Deck, you can rest and relax in either the outdoor covered seating or inside the screened in deck equipped with a gas firepit.. Let your worries drift away in the 6 person hot tub, all while enjoying the gorgeous wooded views surrounding you. Grill out on the propane gas grill.

On the porch, you can rest and relax in either the outdoor seating or let your worries drift away in the 5 person hot tub, all while enjoying the gorgeous wooded views surrounding you. Grill out on the propane grill.
Local Fun:
Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.
