The OPENING of Pine Bluff's annual Enchanted Lands of Lights and Legends DRIVE THROUGH Christmas LIGHTS is this FRIDAY, November 22 at 6 PM. Then you can see them nightly from 6 to 9PM until Christmas Eve.
