The Village of Pinehurst to Ban Vacation Rentals!

If you enjoy staying in a vacation rental home when you are visiting Pinehurst, you will no longer be able to do so. The Mayor of Pinehurst and a few City Council Members are trying to ban all vacation rentals in the Village of Pinehurst residential neighborhoods.

You can help! Please send a quick email to the Mayor and Council Members to voice your concerns prior to their next meeting, scheduled for September 13, 2022, where they will be voting on the ban. Their emails are:

The Fairway House is Under Construction!

We're excited to announce that, after having to postpone our planned remodel for 2 years because of COVID, we are finally starting! We will not be taking any reservations for awhile but look forward to welcoming you back to our new 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath open concept home. Stay tuned for updates!
