Caring for my mom while she battled lung cancer that metastasized to her brain, and then being there with her when she took her last breath on November 13, 2019 almost destroyed me. Depression is real 😞. I am so thankful my husband had the idea to do something with the building she had put so much energy and pride into all the years she had her Bar. Mom would be so proud of “her” place now! She would love that we are giving people a clean affordable option for lodging so they can enjoy four wheeling in the beautiful WV mountains just like she once did! She loved people, she never met a stranger and she became “mom” to everyone from everywhere who ever had a drink in her Bar.... It’s our mission to carry on her traditions as we welcome each guest in the way she would expect! Thank you to everyone who has stayed with us and who will stay with us in the future you are making it possible for us to honor Mom’s memory! You are sincerely appreciated! ❤
