Maintenance:
PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am
Monday-Friday
Perform preventive maintenance on the plating line to minimize downtime
Perform repair on plating line equipment
Properly complete required paperwork documenting repairs/PMs made
Communicate with other departments regarding the status of repairs
Computer literacy.
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and correctly repair facilities and associated equipment promptly.
Must be able to work in a team environment and take direction from Supervisor.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Willingness to continually learn and participate in continued education when offered.
Understanding and compliance with Lock Out Tag Out procedures and safe practices.
Review and initiate continuous improvement projects.
Self-starter, motivated, trustworthy and dependable.
Other duties as assigned
Proven experience as a machine operator
Excellent Attendance Record
Physical stamina and strength
Forklift experience - 2 or more years preferred

Skilled Machine Operator:
Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour & $1.00 Shift premium for 2nd shift
(Mechanical knowledge Required)
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw materials or parts to highly automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
Maintain activity logs
Proven experience as a machine operator
Excellent Attendance Record
Physical stamina and strength
Forklift experience - 2 or more years preferred

Just as quick a reminder of Reifel Industries procedures for sever weather.

If Williams County calls a Level 3 Snow Emergency, Reifel Industries will close.

All updates will be posted to Paycor, Reifel Industries’ page and the call-in line’s voicemail message will be update to reflect any changes in schedule.

If you live somewhere other than Williams County and the county you live in goes to a level 3 or equivalent, you are not expected to report to work.

As always, drive safely, and use your best judgement.
