Action Stance Self-Defense Classes REACT is a safety awareness and self-defense course for men and women of any experience or fitness

Classes are currently offered at Retro Fitness of Piscataway. Based on research on best-practices for facing real-world violence, the REACT curruculum draws from classical martial arts, police/military training, psychology and crisis intervention and deescalation strategies. This is NOT MMA, and not a standard "Street-Smart" course, but a highly intense experiencial practice space where each student learns to rely on their strengths and plan for the unexpected!
