Our excavation crew is working alongside Bear IC in Washington County for Dick’s Sporting Goods’ newest location.

Our team installed an eight inch water meter vault and is performing a waterline and sanitary sewer line relocation for the 170,000 sq. ft. site in the Old Mill shopping center.

MODULAR IS THE NEW MODERN: Check out our newest plumbing project in Coraopolis with Greystar Construction. The project includes prefabricated modular units, bringing more than 300 apartments to the area across 24 acres of land.

Our plumbing crews are working on installing all of the underground plumbing and sanitary piping, tying in the plumbing stacks and water risers to the prefabricated units and installing all new plumbing in the clubhouse and pool area.

With over 150 skilled tradesman throughout Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia, Mongiovi & Son can handle any size project within any market sector.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and emails for customer requested services.

Assist in creating new work orders for the Fire Protection Division.

Assist in making outbound calls to schedule, confirm, or follow up on appointments

Schedule technicians to new work orders including repairs, inspections, installations, etc. in a timely manner

Communicate with office staff and technicians via Service Trade, email, text messages and phone to ensure they know all job details and paperwork requirements

Maintain service schedule making sure the appropriate technician has been assigned and update customers on the technician's ETA

Understand the special needs and maintain database of customer profiles.

Provide fast, friendly customer service Monday-Friday during business hours 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Upload, process & submit inspection reports to appropriate municipalities or online customer portal

Assist in creating, preparing and ensuring accuracy on all invoices

Work with the billing department to resolve customer billing issues

Work closely with department managers to ensure successful job completion from start to finish.

Work with other Mongiovi departments to collaborate and help complete multi-department jobs.

Work with a variety of different vendors, facility companies, government entities, emergency service personal and other businesses.

Applicant Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service/dispatching environment preferred
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be detail oriented, possess critical thinking, problem solving skills & strong social skills
Must be able to multi-task
Geographic knowledge of service areas
Proven ability to process high volumes of work with great accuracy
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
Knowledge of Adobe and/or ServiceTrade software a plus
