Its booking day for Disney Cruise Line's "Silver Castaway Club" members...things I'm reading on social media today.

"On hold with DCL for over two hours"
"At least you can get though, I have a busy signal"
"Understand that there's been tech issues"
"At least the hold music is good"
"I gave up. Can't do it online and can't get though on the phone"

BUT, my favorite I've read is...."And THIS is why we use a TA".
