Sunrise Bay at Little Gasparilla Island A Floridian Island Home *Bridge-less, barrier island off the west coast of Florida - only accessible by boat ferry or your private boat.

New ownership and renovation in 2020 - purchased from original family who built and owned it since 1974.
5 minute walk to the beach and your boat docked out front in the canal on the bay. Our dream vacation home we are now welcoming a few visitors each year to enjoy this spectacular spot.

*No contact arrival; we do not book guests back to back or even have guests all too often; AC filters changed frequently. Located on the "North Canal" of the south end of Little Gasparilla Island, Florida.

🌊Well, there was quite a bit of flood damage to the downstairs apartment (owner storage) and the laundry room. Will need mostly new everything. But we are so thankful to God that our previous supervisor of our last renovation contacted us immediately. He began today and we will be getting it fixed asap and he is AMAZING. Song is perfect for how we are feeling today now that our home is done 8 months after #HurricaneIan decimated #LittleGasparillaIsland.🙌🏼 We can breathe. Breathe - #RubyAmanfu

Here is the direct video walkthrough. We are FINISHED!🙌🏼 It had been totally renovated after we bought it in September 2020 but people were right when they said it would be even better than that. It IS. Spray foam insulation, far higher quality vinyl plank flooring, new walls, ceiling, subfloor, roof, windows, Hardieboard siding, entire electrical…just SO much that is new and fantastic. Thank you all for your kind support along the way - we are so happy to be able to share it once again.
