We are thrilled to announce that SandBar Tiki & Grille is officially reopening this Monday, February 3rd!

The past few months have been a journey, and we couldn’t have done it without the unwavering support of our amazing team, local partners, the business community, and—most importantly—YOU, our incredible community.

While SandBar may still have some work being done to it, we’re committed to delivering an even better experience than before. Exciting plans are already in motion, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

To our dedicated staff who have stood by us through it all—we are beyond grateful for you!

Experience the taste of winter in Florida with your favorite cocktail by the pool! Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac with private pool and optional electric heating. We invite you to discover this well-appointed home with great views, overlooking a beautiful lake on the Long Marsh golf course in Rotonda West.
The convenient screened entryway allows you to have great privacy and leads you to a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and plenty of comfortable seating for family and friends. The dining room has a table for 6 and it is ready for all your holiday celebrations! The well-equipped kitchen features dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and everything you'll need to cook your favorite recipes! Adjoining the kitchen is a nook/TV area with chairs and a flat screen TV.
The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary bedroom is a welcome retreat after a fun-filled day at the beach with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a door to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom is complete with dual vanities, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub - perfect to sit back and relax! The second bedroom offers a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower and a door with access to the pool area. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom has a single vanity, and a shower-over-the-tub combination. All linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The home has cable TV in the great room and master bedroom; telephone and internet access. Bicycles, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are also available in the garage - all for guests to use! This home also facilitates a convenient self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!
Large pocket sliders lead to the screened lanai and pool deck, gracefully integrating the indoor/outdoor living areas, thus capturing the essence of Florida living at its finest. The pool has an electric heat available. Eating, drinking, or playing games with family and friends can be novel and even more fun and relaxing...Something about being in the water just makes almost everyone feel good! There is also a standalone gas grill where you can make your favorite BBQ recipes and dine on additional patio table with chairs! And for those days coming back from the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, located right on the pool deck.
Enjoy a wide variety of outdoor recreation. There are 2 community parks nearby - The Rotonda Community Park and Preserve. Offering tennis courts, bike path, children playground, and a large pavilion where you can enjoy a picnic after getting your morning exercise routine done.
