What I love about Universal is the flexibility of their whole program- the access to great rooms with either walking to the Parks, boating or a quick bus ride- ALL complimentary!

I love the relaxed feeling when I’m there searching out the closest Butterbeer. I like walking around and watching all the great coasters inner twirling around me.

I like staying on site and getting to be in the park an hour prior to opening- without having to pay more for it! There is a certain fun in planning which “first” ride you want to get on that day. We were able to ride Velocicoaster twice in a 45 minute timeframe on one of our days there in March! ❤️ 🦕

I love having multiple food options in my hotel- sometimes you want to just grab your food and head back to your room to chill.

As a travel agent, the Business Development Managers are ALWAYS willing to help & answer any questions I have had. I can’t wait to see the NEW expanded sites & properties opening soon!
