For my guests traveling on Utopia of the Seas, or who want to: This new immersive 5 course dining experience called Royal Railway Utopia Station is amazing. The setting takes you back in time, as you head from the train platform to the actual train. You feel as if the train is moving—the rocking and bumpy motion. It’s a must-do!!! 🚢 🚂 🥘 🌊 🍹

Summer's not over yet, friends! My guests are determined to make the most of what’s left of summer vaca for the kids with a few more thrills before fall arrives. They're off to Clearwater and Disney for some fun in the sun and theme park action, and I've hooked them up with a reservation at Chef Mickey's. Fingers crossed I can snag them a table at Cinderella's Royal Table, too!

And then, a repeat family is headed to Pop, for one last summer adventure where they will visit the parks, but also be the FIRST to attend Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this season!

This is kind of amazing. One week ago this lovely couple decided to plan a last minute trip to Walt Disney World. They are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter, with the dining plan and 4 days of theme park tickets. Yesterday was their arrival day and I got this sweet picture. Luckily most of my business comes from my repeat guests and their referrals, so this question only comes up every so often, but occasionally I hear, "Why book with a travel advisor when I can do it on my own." My biggest competiton as your small business travel advisor is not actually other agents. My competition is with guests booking with Disney Direct. Here are the reasons you should use someone like me to help you with your next vacation!

1️⃣ I have been a travel advisor for the last 10 years, focusing much of my business on theme park destinations. I am a Disney College of Knowlege Graduate, which means something, but I continue my training at the most advanced levels, constantly learning and growing from my teammates to make sure you have the best vacations. I am actually a senior advisor with My Mickey Vacation Travel and someone who helps mentor new agents. I know my stuff!
2️⃣ This is my full time job, and I am on it to make sure you get the best of your vacations. Is your dining opening up at 5am? I am on it! Is it time to secure your Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservation at midnight? You go to sleep, I've got this. Is a new promo coming out? I am up and ready saving you money so you can start your day stress- free. Time for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party? There is an email in your inbox with what you need to know! There are constantly changes to Disney products, and I am in the know, with an amazing team, staying up-to-date on anything that could affect your vacation.
3️⃣First hand experience. On my own dime, I travel to the destinations I plan, to make sure I am giving my guests the best service. I have not just looked at pictures of the hotel rooms, I have stayed in them. I can tell you how they smell, what the renovations feel like, give you a feel for the room size, all of it. I want you to show up and know exactly what to expect, the good and the not so good! On every trip, I am trying something new--sometimes it is not even something I think I will enjoy, but I know that I may meet a guest down the road who the experience will be the right fit for.
4️⃣ I take the noise out of planning. There are a zillion facebook groups that will give their opinions and many times our guests will reach out, asking for the best resorts to stay at, or the best character meal to dine at. You will often see those same resorts and character meals in the list for the worst resorts and dining. That is because the people making the recommendations don't know YOU. My job is to get to the bottom of what YOU want your trip to look and feel like, making sure that you go on the trip you intend to keep. While Chef Mickey's might not be right for my family, it might be the perfect fit for yours!
5️⃣ My services are FREE! Disney either keeps the commission, or gives to to an agent like me when you travel. In turn, I take good care of you, every step of the way. You can do as much, or as little as you would like!

SEPTEMBER! It is not only my favorite song on Guardians of the Galaxy, and my husband's birthday month--but one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World. This low-crowd and better-priced month is a great time for families to visit. I LOVE that you can attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party in this month. Our next WDW visit is late September this year!

Things you MUST know before booking a trip in September (you know I am honest to a fault and will tell you the good and the bad).

-It WILL be hot! This is still a summer season in Walt Disney World, and you have to expect similar weather to what you would see in July and August. If the heat is not your friend, consider waiting until later in October or traveling over the winter months.

-It is technically hurricane season, and while the chances are unlikely a hurricane will affect your trip, it has happened (there are a handful of trips I have planned that have been affected, but they were always in September/October timeframe). If you plan on traveling over this time, you must know there is a slim chance things may have to change due to weather, and be flexible in us making a quick back up plan in that event.

-I find in our area, school routines are usually started by September, but it is the start of the school year. This is likely why the crowds are so low!

We've done Walt Disney World and Universal together, why not try something new? I am so excited about this trip, because it is a FIRST VISIT to Disneyland! I know the boys are going to love the theming of the newly renovated Pixar Place Hotel! The proximity to the parks, EARLY PARK ENTRY, and adorable decor make this property a hit! My head is already spinning with a few restaurants I want these guests to try! I cannot wait to see their pictures, and know they are going to love their next adventure!!!
