Individually hand laid hexagon floor from a recent project. Time consuming, intricate and very appealing.

Simplicity meets complexity in a project like this. Subway tile is normally set horizontally with a stagger. This one is set in a herringbone pattern. Patterns like this are meticulously measured and placed methodically to ensure every tile is placed in its correct place.
