Not just on the floor but in everything we do. How we present ourselves to our customer, walking them through the process of refinishing their floors or installing new ones, setting expectations and then exceeding those expectations. This is all part of the job. Our goal… Simple, use the very best flooring materials, manufactured here in America, by mills using only responsibly harvested timber. We primarily only use American made products with few exceptions. We feel it’s imperative to support our own economy and American workers.
