There are places I remember...
I grew up listening to this great Beatles song, and I think of it every time our family is on an adventure. Whether we're at Disney or Universal, zip lining in the Costa Rican rain forest or swimming with dolphins in Hawaii, walking in the footsteps of Jesus in the Holy Land or cruising on an at sea day before our next port of call, the places we go as a family are
places that I'll always remember as the formative experiences that bring us closer together. I offer highly personalized experiences tailored to your family's needs and abilities. Whether you're a family of four, fourteen, or forty, headed to Disney, the rain forest, the islands, or the Holy Land, I care for your adventure like it's my own. Let's start planning your next trip to the places you'll remember for a lifetime.
Made my day (clearly 🤣).

Get a peek at the attractions and experiences that await in How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, one of the five amazing worlds coming to Universal Epic ...
Want to visit Disney, but not miss any school? Summer is a great option! Contrary to popular belief - it's not the most expensive and busiest time. It is H.O.T. and it rains....a lot.
But - like every time of year...you can go and have the BEST time if you have a good plan! Just ask my boys! They LOVED taking advantage of the later park hours - this pic is from after midnight and is such a fun memory!
What's your favorite tip to beat the heat at Disney?
Happy Spring from the two people in our family who did NOT give up sweets for Lent!!
Did you get your free cone from Dairy Queen?
Couldn’t agree more…
There’s been an app update! For both Walt Disney World and Disneyland! I think it is clearer where to find things, but will take a little getting used to!
Coaching families about how to use the app is one of the services I provide! I love helping families get the most out of their Disney vacation.
I think the best part of this update is the clear indication of where to find Lightning Lane information.
My Disney friends…what do you think?
Looking for a quick getaway from Dallas? Phoenix is an easy flight! We stayed at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback and loved it!
We could have easily spent several more days exploring the area!
I love helping families enjoy Disney and Universal - any time of the year!
Kauai is beautiful everywhere you turn.
The Napali Coast is spectacular and we were able to see it by helicopter, catamaran and by foot - all giving distinct perspectives. Absolutely incredible.
I love, love, love a good sunset! Last night’s here on Kauai did not disappoint.
Prettiest one I’ve ever seen was at the Old Lahaina Luau in Maui…but I’m always searching!
Tell me - where’s your favorite been?
Prettiest bike ride ever! Ke Ala Hele Makalae, Kauai.
Helping Max (my 17 year old) deal with a flat…and the wait for a tow is 90 minutes. Grateful I can work anywhere and especially grateful for a nearby smoothie shop with wifi!
Chris is leading another trip in 2024 - this time focusing on Celtic Spirituality in Scotland! We've wanted to visit the Isle of Iona for a long time - we've built this tour around seeing the abbey there. We have a few spots left and would love for you to join us!
Visiting Glacier Bay National Park is a special experience! They only allow two cruise ships to enter each day, so only a few cruise lines include it in their itineraries.
It’s an absolutely gorgeous day of scenic cruising with park rangers on board. We enjoyed the extra time spent at Margerie Glacier - it was a highlight of the day! The captain makes sure each side of the ship gets a great view!
Which cruise line is right for you? It depends! For our family, Princess was the right fit.
I would go ahead in a heartbeat!
Excursions add those "Wow!" moments to your vacation, taking it from great to amazing! I've been focusing on finding just the right partners this year in several destinations - including Alaska!
Here are my favorite things - all of which can be arranged with small group tours to avoid the feeling of being "herded" from place to place!
- Seeing the Misty Fjords from a sea plane.
- Getting an up close look at Mendenhall Glacier (with a helicopter ride for added adventure).
- Visiting wildlife, responsibly.
And, while we didn't visit Skagway on our cruise - traveling the White Pass and Yukon Route by vintage train remains on our must-do list!
Looking to add a little fun to your next trip to Mexico? Visit a Cenote!
Cenotes are natural sinkholes where the ceiling of the cave has collapsed either partially or fully. They are quite significant to the Mayan people - not only were they their main water source, but they were also considered it to be the entrance to the underworld, and a place where the Mayan gods would visit. Cenotes were so important that most temples and villages were built close by or even on top of cenotes.
There are over 6000 cenotes in the Yucatan Peninsula and no 2 are the same!
· The average temperature of a cenote is 75 degrees.
· Cave cenotes have stalagmites and stalactites and other beautiful and unique formations
· There is not much in the way of wildlife in cenotes. There are some small fish, some catfish and small shrimp like creatures. There are fruit bats as well, and ONE cenote with a crocodile in it, but he is friendly and swims alongside tourists.
· All cenotes are connected underground - amazing!
· Some cenotes have activities in them like zip lines, jumping platforms, kayaking, rappelling, etc. and some are just for swimming and snorkelling
Have you been to a cenote? Which one(s)?
All-Day Park Hopping returns to Walt Disney World on January 9th!
Who should consider adding Park Hopper to their ticket?
- Families with older kids
- Families visiting during the holiday season where they are working around parties at Magic Kingdom
- Families with that want to see the highlights at all the parks, but only have a few days
- Adults visiting without kids
It's National Taco Day and THIS is my favorite view while enjoying my favorite - a fish taco! There is so much to love about vacationing in Mexico! Great food is just one of them...
Disney has some interesting offers for families with kids under 10 coming soon! I'd love to help you make the best choice for your family.
I recommend taking your kiddos right before they turn 3 and then right before they turn 10! The perfect place to celebrate special birthdays!
In honor of International Coffee Day...some of our most memorable places to have coffee...
Where are yours?

One year ago, we were watching the fireworks from the patio of our room at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Reservations for 2024 opened this week - this could be YOUR view next year!
Disney released TWO offers this morning - one offers a gift card for dining! I already applied the promotions to families that booked with me - it's one of the perks of using an agent! Know someone considering a trip this year? I'd love to help!
Do you need a park hopper when visiting Disneyland Resort? YES! Here’s a quick video to show just how close the two parks are to one another.
I've been talking a lot about Disney's Skyliner lately - we are big fans! Here's a quick video of Chris talking about some of our favorite things during our last trip. Getting to the parks from your hotel is easy and included for Disney resort either via bus, boat, monorail or Skyliner. Which is your favorite?
