Throughout May, we took on the Mayday Mile Challenge in support of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution ๐๐
The RNLI volunteers provide a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service and a seasonal lifeguard service, saving over 144,000 lives since 1824 ๐
We are proud to announce that we smashed our goal and raised a total of โฌ1266 ๐
The challenge involved completing a mile a day to fundraise for the amazing RNLI volunteers who work immensely hard to save lives, especially in summer ๐
Thank you to everyone who took part and to those who sponsored us! We hope our donations can make a difference ๐ช

๐ช Alnwick Castle - Where Harry, Ron and Hermione learnt to play Quidditch for the first time in The Philosopher's Stone! Visitors can actually take part in Broomstick training, along with magic shows and costumed tours.
๐ช Gloucester Cathedral - Where Moaning Myrtle and Nearly Headless Nick could be found! The halls of this 1300-year-old building were used as Hogwarts' corridors for the 2nd and 6th films.
๐ช Bodleian Library - This library at Oxford University was used as Hogwarts library in 3 of the films. You may remember Harry walking through here with his invisibility cloak on in The Philosopher's Stone!
