Access Keys resumed going out yesterday afternoon and the last few batches will be sent today through Monday

Reminders:
- If the balance does not zero out, that sailing is no longer accepting access keys
- do not proceed to the checkout page until you're ready to book (or else you need to wait 48 hours and try again)
- please hold off on calling sailor services for name changes, adding the 2nd sailor, and adding bar tab until later next week
- do a happy dance because you're one step closer to seeing our beautiful Scarlet Lady 🧜‍♀️

Access Key Update (Monday 3/29):
We will pause sending the next batches of Access Keys until mid-week.
If you have an access key and your balance does not zero out, that sailing has reached capacity, please choose another sail date. There are 33 sailings to choose from and only a very select few (mostly in February) are at capacity

You do not need to call Sailor Services to reset Access Keys, if you used it on the check out page and did not submit payment it will reset itself in 48 hours

New update (Friday): we have reached the limit for today and will resume sending access keys again on Monday.
There are a few sailings in February that have reached capacity, please have a back up in mind. If you attempt to use the access key for a sailing that has reached capacity you will need to call Sailor Services to have the key reset.

Access Key Update: we are sending them in small batches according to Seacademy completion date so as to not overload the systems (because if that happens, no one can book) If you're eligible you'll receive it over the next few business days

The health and safety of our Sailors and Crew will always be our top priority. The decision to move towards a vaccination requirement to sail was one that we did not take lightly, and sharing this update this morning was an important platform for us all. Based on developments from the CDC and vaccine rollout, we know this is the right thing to do. We're looking forward to the safe return to sailing and are confident that this is the light at the end of the tunnel. We're still waiting on final direction from the CDC and will of course continue to be highly influenced by their guidelines based on the science.

Register for Seacademy by January 31 and complete the first level (five modules) by 11:59 pm EST on February 14 💓 to achieve Violet level in time to qualify for the opportunity to join us on a sailing. After all, we know you need to sea our experience to sell our experience, and this is your chance to be among the first!
