ONCE the Musical
Rehearsals have begun for the Platteville Summer Arts Festival production of the smash-hit Irish musical, ONCE! Winner of 8 Tony Awards and based on the 2007 film of the same name by John Carney, ONCE features a book by Enda Walsh and music and lyrics by Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová. Show dates are July 29, 30, August 5, and 6 at 7:30pm and July 31 and August 7 at 2:00pm in the Brodbeck Concert Hall.
On the streets of Dublin, an Irish musician and a Czech immigrant are drawn together by their shared love of music.
