Parking Permits for the 2025 season will be available to purchase starting 10am Monday, February 10, 2025 for the paid parking season which begins on April 1, 2025.

Permits can be purchased at our office at 4 North St, by mail or online (for renewing customers only).

2025 Parking Permits will be available for purchase on Monday, February 10th at 10:00am at 4 North Street.

Please check the Park Plymouth website or page for updates on permit availability and all parking related questions.

If you visit, work or shop often in the downtown/waterfront area of Plymouth, a parking permit will cost substantially less than paying for parking on an hourly or daily basis.  The permit parking prices are provided below.

ATTENTION - DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH PARKING BAN AHEAD OF ANTICIPATED SNOW EVENT

Due to the anticipated snowstorm predicted for today, Sunday, January 19, 2025, the Town of Plymouth will be implementing a parking ban within a specified zone in the Downtown and North Plymouth area(s) of town.

The parking ban will begin on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 11:00 pm and run through Monday, January 20, 2025, at 7:00

ATTENTION - DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH PARKING BAN AHEAD OF ANTICIPATED SNOW EVENT

Due to the anticipated snowstorm predicted for today, Sunday, January 19, 2025, the Town of Plymouth will be implementing a parking ban within a specified zone in the Downtown and North Plymouth area(s) of town.

The parking ban will begin on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 11:00 pm and run through Monday, January 20, 2025, at 7:00 am.

During the snow ban, any vehicles parked on a public way within the specified zone will be subject to tagging and towing at the owner’s expense.

The Parking Ban Zone encompasses all areas between the ocean and the following boundary:

Beginning at the most easterly terminus of Hedge Road, westerly to Court Street, westerly across Court Street to South Spooner Street, westerly on South Spooner Street to Standish Avenue, south on Standish Avenue to Samoset Street, east on Samoset Street to Oak Street, south on Oak Street to Summer Street, east on Summer Street to Pleasant Street, south on Pleasant Street to Robinson Street, west on Robinson Street to Mayflower Street, south on Mayflower Street to South Street, east on South Street to Sandwich Street, south on Sandwich Street to the entrance to Stephens Field.

During the snow emergency, free parking is available in any town-owned public parking lot as indicated in RED on the Parking Ban Map.

The Plymouth Police have released parking and traffic restrictions for the Christmas tree lighting on Dec 6.

As we gear up for some Christmas celebrations, we want to let you know about some upcoming traffic closures to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

On Friday, December 6th, parts of downtown will be closed starting at noon to accommodate the festivities and officers will be on hand to assist with traffic flow.

We encourage everyone to plan ahead, leave early if heading into town, and consider alternative routes. Most importantly, come out and enjoy the holiday fun

The Boston Bruins will have an event on Sunday, August 25, at Plymouth Memorial Hall. Event details are below.

We are thrilled to announce the Boston Bruins will be rounding out their three-day Fan Fest Tour in Plymouth this coming Sunday, August 25th in Memorial Hall parking lot from 12-4 p.m. The tour launches the Bruins’ 100 Days of Hockey initiative to celebrate their centennial and allows fans to enjoy a day of hockey activities.

This is a free event for fans of all ages, but it is highly encouraged to register below to expedite entry.

Memorial Drive will be closed to traffic during the duration of the event. Entry will be behind Memorial Hall via Water Street in the parking lot off Memorial Drive.

Outside food and drink will not be allowed in the event, however there will be local vendors selling food and refreshments.

Parking:

- There will be free parking at St. Peters Church parking lot from 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.
(86 Court St, Plymouth, MA 02360) – space will be limited
- $5 parking will be available at S. Russell Parking Deck, Burton Lot, and Cornish Lot
behind Town Hall from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- Limited Accessible parking is available on Water Street across from the Visitors
Center from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

*This event will happen rain or shine – in the case of unfavorable weather conditions, the event will be moved indoors at Memorial Hall.
