My heart hurts writing this post. But, we didn’t want to leave y’all hanging!

On Monday, we sold our home 🥺

Our time owning this home was very successful, and hosting all of our guests literally meant the world to us. We loved the house, location, and just everything about it. We poured our hearts into it.

That said, it was a very very hard decision to make in our house, but we feel we did the right thing in order to make some new opportunities possible.

We are in very close contact with the new owners and will be helping them get set up for a successful renting experience for all of our past and future guests.

Everyone that currently has summer bookings will be transferred to the new owners, so you will have a seamless rental experience. I will be reaching out with information as soon as their permits are cleared for renting.

I’m also partnering with the new owners on interior and exterior design as they have some exciting things planned to continuously improve guest experience!

Arrowhead Lake Community Association has a lengthy and wonderful history, beginning with the ice business, and continuing with the Community you know and love today. How did we get here? After the Wilkes-Barre and Eastern Branch of the New York, Susquehanna, and Western Railway was completed in the late 1800’s, our area really began to thrive. The railroad was parallel to the old Route 940. Enterprising mountain men had the idea to harvest ice from man-made lakes during the cold months. They created the lakes by clearing the land and damming streams. This is how Arrowhead Lake, Brady’s Lake, Pocono Lake, and Lake Naomi came to be. #arrowheadlakepa #poconos #poconosmountains #poconostourism #history #lakelife
