Want to bring in some extra cash this season to fund your travels? Make your home work for you over the holidays and welcome out of town guests by hosting on  

Here are some simple tips + tricks to easily prep your home, apartment, or spare room for a getaway that even Santa won’t want to leave. DM me for more ideas and hosting help! 

1: Cozy it up - add some throw blankets, extra pillows, and maybe even slipper socks for extra comfort in your holiday home. Bonus points for a fireplace with a s’mores station!

2: Find the perfect faux tree that doesn’t need to be watered - so guests don’t need to BYOT (bring your own tree) Keep it easy and order a pre-lit tree online and throw on some low-cost thrifted vintage baubles.

3: Stock hot chocolate and marshmallows in the kitchen - from Swiss Miss to Abuelita, a warm cup of cocoa for your guests always boosts reviews!
