Good morning fellow travelers! I know it's been a very long time since we've posted but we're back!! Our June Alaska trip was supposed to be our last for Russell Tours but after several people expressed an interest in a New England/Canada fall cruise we decided to go ahead and plan it. So...we have an 11-Day Newfoundland & New England Discovery cruise departing on September 13, 2023 out of Boston. With stops in Maine, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Quebec, and returning home from Montreal, this promises to be an outstanding cruise. Hello fellow travelers. I know it's been a long time since we've posted but, with the Corona Virus causing a world-wide Pandemic, traveling has been a non-issue for several months. With our Alaska tour planned for July being cancelled and any/all personal trips also being cancelled, it's been a quiet spring. That said, Russell Tours is still up and running for the time being. We have rescheduled our Alaska Land-Sea Journey for NEXT year, setting sail from Vancouver on June 30, 2021. We also have scheduled our yearly trip to Branson, MO for our Christmas in the Ozarks trip for November 18-22 of this year. Word from Branson is that everything SHOULD be opened up to 100% by the middle of September. So...barring any increase in the Covid numbers requiring another shut-down, we will be traveling again. OK fellow travelers, we have a very serious question...who is interested in a trip to Iceland? We have an opportunity coming up in 2019 and REALLY need to know if there is enough interest to pursue this amazing travel opportunity. If you're not sure about visiting this magical land, just Google "Iceland" for pictures and we're sure you will be as excited as we are about going. On of our main reasons for going is to see the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) so our choice of months to visit is March or October. This is a six-day trip with the option of a two-day extension. Hey there, travel friends! It's been awhile since we've posted but we've been gone for 18 days on our FANTASTIC Landscapes of Scotland and Ireland tour and busy playing catch-up since we got home. Our trip was truly awesome with some of the best travel buddies we could have asked for. Adding to that the most amazing tour guide, Matt Billett, and it was truly a trip of a lifetime. Now we're looking forward to our one-day Amana Colonies and Old Creamery trip on Thursday of this week, our November Christmas in the Ozarks yearly favorite (STILL HAVE ROOM...JOIN US!!), and our January Hawaiian Islands cruise (STILL HAVE ROOM HERE...JOIN US!!) Hello again, Travel Buddies! Time for a quick update on our fabulous trips coming up. Just a couple more weeks and we leave for the Landscapes of Scotland and Ireland! So excited!! We have a great group of friends and family going with us which will make this trip all the more special. In November we STILL need your help to fill our bus to Branson, MO for our Christmas in the Ozarks yearly favorite.
