Seeing characters in the park is so exciting but for me, this is one of my favorite moments from my trip. I rushed to Main Street to see their last show of the day on our last day in the park. AND I was the last person they let get in line to take a picture. Sometimes the magical moments are simple and so perfectly right.

Disneyland Day 5:
Geoffrey’s birthday!
🎉🎉🎉
Disneyland one more time! We took the day to check off everything we didn’t get to do yesterday. We started in toon town and then we went over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and of course grabbed a little snack there too. Then we just tried to do the things that Harlon loved the most like It’s A Small World, Autotopia, and Buzz. We also rode the Indiana Jones ride which I loved! We had a few more snacks, like some gray stuff and pasta at Pizza Planet. We finished the night with a Disney picnic while waiting for Fantasia.

Did you know you can watch the fireworks show from your Fantasia spot?? They put the projections that are usually on the castle on the water! It was so nice to not be smooshed in with everyone in front of the castle when we watched it the second time.

Disneyland Day 4:
Harlon’s 5th Birthday!
🥳🥳🥳
I have so many amazing memories I never want to forget. Harlon was pixie dusted left and right. We got to skip the line for Snow White and Buzz Lightyear, we were also given a Royal Decree to see the princesses— and they just talked and talked with him. 🩵🩵🩵 Harlon was given front row reserved seats to the 3:00 parade. We scheduled brunch with Cinderella’s mice at the Plaza Inn, had a Prince makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. We made it the full day and even got to catch the fireworks show. We couldn’t do it all but thankfully we have another day in the park tomorrow to try to check off everything else on our list!

Disneyland Day #3:
Rest Day
😴😴😴
We always give ourselves atleast one rest day when we come to Disney. So we took a break today to sleep in, build our own Lego character, go to Trader Sam’s, relax by the pool, we got some complimentary bomb pops, and toured each of the on property Disneyland resorts.

Disneyland Day #2:
California Adventure
🎡🏁🚗
We started off early and rope dropped straight to Carsland, then we walked over to do Web Slingers (so cool!), had some delicious snacks, lunch at Carthay Circle, met Sadness from Inside Out, Lightning McQueen, and Mater, and we went over to Pixar Pier for all the rides and the parade! We didn’t get to do everything but that just means there’s more magic left for when we come back next time. 😍😍😍
Up next: A well deserved rest day.

Disney Day 1: We had a straight flight to LAX, stopped at In and Out Burger on our way to the hotel, walked around the hotel and Downtown Disney, and had dinner at Goofy’s Kitchen.
Off to California Adventure tomorrow!
