Today we travel WAYBACK to one of Jeremy’s favorite rides…. Mr. Toads Wild Ride once existed in the Walt Disney World Resort. This journey told the “general” story of Thaddeus J Toad and the Wind in the Willows.

The ride was replaced in 1998 to make room for the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh!

The ride still exists in Fantasyland at the Disneyland Resort!

Today’s “where to Stay Saturday” brings us a little closer to home at the French Quarter Resort.

Revel in the romance and pageantry of New Orleans’s historic French Quarter at this Moderate Resort hotel. Discover cobblestone streets, gas lamps, wrought-iron balconies and fragrant magnolia blossoms, along with colorful Mardi Gras characters and the sounds of jazz.

Parade around Doubloon Lagoon where King Neptune sits astride a giant sea serpent. Scale “Scales,” as he’s affectionately known, and slide down his tongue for a splash landing.

A surprisingly fun adventure where you can “let the littles drive”. 🤣🫣
Hagrid has a soft spot for his monsters and Sirius’ motorcycle. Arthur Weasley and Hagrid did some magical tinkering and created this attraction. It is a rope drop must do. The line is just as interesting as the ride.

You must be 48inches or taller to ride.
Child swap is available and there is a single rider line.

Universal’s Stella Nova Resort is Opening January 21st 2025 on the USO Florida property. It is one of two Value resorts that will be located walking path distance for the New Epic Universe set to open May 22nd. Has shuttle transportation to the three additional parks and City Walk. This resort features 750 rooms. CosmoCafe and Market, quick service restaurant with American favorites, such as, burgers, paninis, fried chicken and pastas. It also has grab and go items. The is a pool with splash area for littles. At the pool you will also find Galaxy bar and grill. Full service bar and grill that serves burgers, quesadillas and salads. Also found in the Lobby is Nova Bar. Specializes in smoke infused drinks. Described by Universal as, craft drinks instilled with various smoky elements for a unique delicious experience. This resort is open for booking now.
