My Story

My love for travel began the very first time I left the country. I went to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and George Town, Grand Cayman and was completely blown away with the Caribbean beauty and culture. From that point on- I came down with a serious case of wanderlust for the Caribbean!

This desire to travel led my husband and I to have a Sandals Destination Weddingmoon at Sandals Barbados in Bridgetown, Barbados in December of 2018. It was such an amazingly easy, romantic, and perfect experience that when we returned- I couldn't stop talking about our destination wedding to anyone and everyone who would listen. I had such a passion for talking about travel, particularly traveling for a wedding- that I decided I want to help people to have the same experience that we did. That's when Treat Yourself Vacations, LLC was born.

Since July of 2019- I have visited several Sandals Resorts on many different Caribbean islands, completed the Certified Sandals Specialist training, attended and completed the Sandals Wedding Specialist Training at Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau, Bahamas. Treat Yourself Vacations, LLC is partnered with a Sandals Preferred Agency, meaning we are recognized as loyal partners and Sandals Experts. My biggest focus is on Sandals and Beaches Destination Weddings and Weddingmoons. Since I’ve had my own Sandals Weddingmoon, I understand the value and extravagance of what Sandals and Beaches can offer a bride and groom. I will assist my clients in achieving the wedding of their dreams by creating a seamless experience and smooth transition between wedding and honeymoon. Whether you're looking to run away and elope with your fiancé, or you are planning on a huge wedding party- I can help you from start to finish!

I have received certifications in several other specialist programs such as - St. Lucia Expert (SLEx), Jamaica Travel Specialist, Bahamas Specialist, and Antigua and Barbuda Specialist. I spend much of my time researching the destinations that my clients want so that I can match the travelers with the island that would best suit them whether they’re traveling for adventure, relaxation, for their wedding or honeymoon, or even if they’re looking for a fun family vacation. This continued education ensures that my clients will not be missing out on a thing when they travel. I can assist in creating customized itineraries for your trip if you seek a fast-paced vacation, assist by booking spa options if you’re looking for some R&R, recommend off-resort excursions if adventure is your thing, and even book special airport services such as Club Mobay at Sangster International in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
