utely love Cheeky Tiki from the moment you pull into the neighborhood. Its coral color, party lights and location in the community make it one of the best beach houses near the beach! Once you arrive, it will be a tough decision to go inside, OR a glimpse of the backyard tiki bar will pull you into the back yard space! Tough call but both are equally gorgeous and amazing! Open the front door to a large dining space, seating for 12, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a large center kitchen island with bar seating for 4, an extremely well stocked kitchen for prepping, cooking and serving for 12, a laundry room with full size washer/dryer, a door to the back yard space, a guest bathroom and a king master suite with a flat screen TV and private en suite bath. The main floor is perfect for those that do not want or can't take the stairs up. Head on upstairs to a vintage, beach style 2nd living space with flat screen TV and a door to the balcony. The balcony faces the direction of the beach and you will catch some of the most beautiful sunrises you'll ever see in Port A!! You'll also have a view of the pool area across the drive. This is a great spot to take in island life! On the 2nd floor along with the balcony and a 2nd living space, there are 3 other bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have 2 king bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms and a bunk room with 2 twin beds and 2 full size beds, again with a private en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Back downstairs, head out through the back door and you'll find outside dining, a charcoal grill with heat shield so no worries about damaging the fence, an outdoor shower and outdoor seating....and there it is....

Watch TV, mix your drinks, visit with your friends and family, AND, take in the beautiful sunset from the tiki bar! The owners of this beautiful beach house have thought of everything to make sure their guests have the best vacation possible! You'll never forget it! Please note that we provide a STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, power towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and shower gel. Guest SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night only. NO PETS at Cheeky Tiki. Children are welcome at Cheeky Tiki; however, there is NO childproofing. We ask that you remain with your children at all times. NO SMOKING in the house or on the balcony. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
