Located on Ave G and in the heart of Port A! Straight shot to the beach main entrance and close to the main drag for groceries, restaurants and nightlife! Long views out the back elevated covered porch let you watch the hustle and bustle from afar while enjoying the backyard festivities. On the front shaded porch you can occasionally see or hear the comings of a large boat or ship while also keeping track of the trucks and boats on their way to the marina; perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The kitchen with high end quartz counters and large island will offer plenty of space for those grazing foodie days. Overlooking the open space living room with a large 65" Smart TV with soundbar and Apple TV will offer plenty of entertainment for those movie or big game days. The kitchen is fully stocked and will please the chef of the family with cooking pots and pans for any need; including a large stainless pot for those shrimp boils! Stainless steel appliances along with a french door refrigerator and freezer drawer will offer plenty of space to store your groceries and drinks.
