The two car garage is converted into a tiki bar complete with fridge, sink, TV and a BBQ grill. Washer and dryer are located on-site. Detached barn contains deck furniture, hammock, yard games, etc. Two of the bedrooms contain queen size beds and the third includes a full size bed with a twin bunk PLUS a bonus twin bed. Both bathrooms have full tubs and showers, and the main bathroom has his/hers sinks. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of counter space, a table which seats 4 (but can be extended to seat 6), a fridge, electric stove/oven and new dishwasher. There is new furniture and fresh paint throughout. There is no central A/C, but there are ceiling fans throughout and because it is shaded by many mature trees, the house stays comfortably cool.
