Words can not express the shock, sadness and anger as we watch and learn about the horrific and senseless killings of full families, parents, kids and grandparents, young adults and military and police personnel in Southern Israel as well as the kidnapping of many civilians. Israel is experiencing the darkest days in its 75 year history. In the last 48 hours, myself, Yossi, our guides and other team members in Israel have received many calls and messages of support and love. I cannot express the gratitude and warmth we feel from this outreach. We have truly created a small B2 community which we consider family. It will take time and I expect we will see many more horrific scenes and hear many sad stories. The people of Israel will prevail but the costs will be unimaginable and the country will be forever changed. Your continued support brings much needed light to all of us at this difficult time. Am Israel Chai!

2022, a year that started only in April when travel to Israel resumed, provided so many families, groups and individuals the opportunity to travel to Israel and learn about the great history that the “Land Of Creation” has to offer. Our travelers enjoyed so many unique activities such as glass blowing, shofar making, bird watching, sand surfing, cooking classes and parties, graffiti/art tours and workshops, hiking, biking, kayaking, camel rides, jeep rides, bar/bar mitzvah celebrations, olive tree planting, rappelling, military base visits, and so much more.

Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked announced that as of July 1, foreigners who are not Israeli citizens and vaccinated will be able to enter Israel without the need for prior approval. "Details on the subject, such as the list of countries and the types of vaccines, are currently being formulated by the Ministry of Health," the Interior Ministry said in a statement. This announcement actually confirms the expectation given about two months ago during the unveiling of the Ministry of Tourism campaign. We expect the USA to be in the list. JUST IN: Israel’s Tourism Minister Orit Farkash-Hacohen announces that Israel will open its borders to non Israeli tourists from July 1.

“It is time for Israel to open up to tourism and take advantage of its status as a vaccinated country for the benefit of its economy,” Farkash-Hacohen wrote on Twitter.

Currently, only small groups of vaccinated or recovered tourists or first-degree relatives of Israeli citizens are allowed to enter the country.
