The Moriah Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Moriah, and the Lake Champlain – Lake George Regional Planning Board (LCLGRPB) are hosting a Community Day in Port Henry on August 22nd. A Community Day focuses on conversations between planning professionals and community members to help understand all assets and issues of a defined area.

The Community Day in Port Henry will include a walking tour of Broad Street and Main Street to identify community assets, favorite places, and areas that are in need of improvement. In addition to a walking tour, LCLGRPB staff and the Moriah Chamber of Commerce invite community members to participate in an open house where information on the purpose of the Community Day and the planning process will be shared.

A Community Day is a crucial part to inform and shape the Moriah/Port Henry Main Street Revitalization Strategy.

Details: Community Day in Port Henry, August 22nd, 2024, Late Morning Through Early Afternoon, Moriah Chamber of Commerce, 4317 Main St., Suite 1, Port Henry, and a Walking Tour around Port Henry with the intended purpose to hear from community members on how they view their Main Street!

We’ve been busy this summer completing more upgrades to our 1970’s pinsetters. We are excited to get back opened up for the season with some open bowling, dates and times coming soon.

If you’re interested in joining a league send us a message. We have a couple openings for teams on Monday, Thursday and Saturday nights. It’s a fun time and will definitely make the long winter go by faster. We are anticipating the league season starting the last week in September so get signed up!!

Please, note that August 31st will be our last day.
The Red Brick Cafe will be closed for good from September 1st.
Irina and I have decided it is time to pursue other things.
It's been an exciting Eight years, challenging at times, but with great memories and the wonderful opportunity to get to know so many of you. We are grateful for all your support, and we hope others will follow in our footsteps,

A special shout out to our longtime staff, Clay and Karen. We truly appreciate your dedication, and we'll miss you very much.
