I’ve had a lot of Disney treats and this is, by far, my favorite! This special “Make it Pink, Make it Blue” Aurora Fruit Tart is available at Disney’s Riviera Resort to celebrate princess week. It had Diplomat cream, raspberry mousse, fresh berries, and a white chocolate crown. The magical part? A special potion turns the blue part pink just like the good fairies did to Sleeping Beauty’s gown as she danced the night away with Prince Philip. 🩷💙

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is incredible! One of my favorite things to do at the Walt Disney World resort is try new things. The Disney Imagineers are always cooking up new experiences and they never disappoint! 💚

Wow! Me 9 years ago…I definitely needed a travel agent back then. Why didn’t I use one? I suppose I figured that I had the internet and could just figure it out but I was wrong- why stress when a professioal can make the process so much easier? Don’t be like the Erin of 2014! Today we spent the day at Tivoli Gardens, which inspired both Walt Disney and Hans Christian Andersen’s work. You know I love all things Disney and Disney-adjacent! Tivoli was on my radar because Walt Disney visited it several times and used it as inspiration for Disneyland. He was impressed with how elevated this place felt and the overall vibe. I’m with Walt- Tivoli really is charming. This is the third oldest theme park in the world but, somehow, doesn’t feel like a theme park at all! It’s more like a delightful, quaint, and enchanting world filled with fun, spectacular gardens to get lost or relax in, really beautiful architecture, incredible food, and has a peacock or two roaming around. One really interesting part of Tivoli is the youth guard band that trains world class musicians and serves as their in-house marching band. If you’re ever in Copenhagen, check it out! 🇩🇰 🇩🇰
