DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! SLEEP INN AND SUITES GALVESTON!! Terrible -5 stars!! Front desk at check in was rude, then realized that the rate had gone down from $163 to $99 and they refused to honor their own price gaurentee policy. That’s not even the worst of it. We found BLACK MOLD IN 2 of our 3 rooms. I requested a credit and to move to non moldy rooms. Denied credit but front desk went and found 3 more rooms said she checked them and gave us a master key to look at them. The first room we checked the outlet by the door was completely out of the wall with bare wires and again with the mold!!! I told them to refund my money we were not staying there and was told I had to wait for the GM to call me this morning. I am still waiting….
