💥Big Announcement!!!💥

We are building again!!! We've been working behind the scene designing this new build and we are SO excited to bring this to you!

My favorite thing about having a big vacation rental is hearing about all the families and friends coming together under one roof to make all the memories! So, we're making this happen again! Let me introduce you to Haven Heights!

This one will look totally different and will sleep 24-26 people very comfortably.
-6 king ensuites in main house
-2 bunk rooms with their own living spaces & bathrooms in main house.
-1 bed queen room with 2 hall bunks in the 3 car garage carriage house

What we love about this lot:
-Beach access is SO close, like 10 steps!
-You can see the Gulf, beach & bay from just standing on our lot!
-It is walking distance to ice cream, donuts, lunch, groceries, etc.

What we love about the house:
-The carriage house!
-The outdoor living space: swim up bar, table tennis, turfed co****le area, fire pit
- Covered rooftop deck with views spanning the entire Cape! A Tier Above!!
-Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms
- Multiple bunk areas to accomodate different ages and girls and boys.
-Massive living, dining & kitchen with 14 foot island.
-Parking galore including boat parking

Land is cleared and pilings are ordered! We are aiming for a spring 2026 finish.
