The first level has been completely updated, there is a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, 49' flat screen tv, phone and wireless internet. The dining area has a table and chairs that seats 4, with additional seating at the bar. The outside deck has outdoor table and chairs as well as a gas grill. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a refrigerator w/ice maker, new full stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal. Also, there is a baker's rack for additional storage. The full bath is located between the kitchen and 2nd bedroom. Decorated with tropical quilt bedding, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand and 32 ' flat screen tv. There is an additional chest and luggage rack in the full size closet. This bedroom has a private balcony w/chairs to enjoy the glorious sunsets! The master bedroom has a king bed, chest of drawers, nightstands and computer desk. There is also a mounted 42' flat screen tv. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in closet, seperate shower and garden tub. The laundry room is also located on this floor. The master bedroom deck overlooks the tennis courts and pool.
