Welcome to POINT Gym and Kitchen). We are Kimberly Alexander and Melissa Sher, two self-proclaimed ”adventure-seekers” and avid participants in the wide world of the outdoors. We created POINT after the realization that, in order to train appropriately for our various sports and life activities, we would need multiple memberships at various training studios around town. With the thought that there
should exist just one place where we could achieve this, POINT came to life. Our vision is backed by a love of bringing alive our outdoor passions and making the ability to excel in any activity accessible to anyone. POINT will give you an authentic cross-training experience whether you are training for something specific or simply looking to improve your overall performance. Our image is centered around functional conditioning through a variety of training options. We even offer comprehensive nutrition coaching to provide the foundation for a well-rounded, healthy life! POINT offers coaching to people of all levels looking to enhance their performance, no matter what their sport, no matter what their goal. At POINT, you can choose from a variety of training options, including group classes, personal/partner training, and holistic nutrition coaching. STRENGTH+
A strength training class that uses barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements to develop muscular strength and empower you to try new things. AGILITY+
An all-encompassing agility training class that puts the body in all planes of movement utilizingplyometrics, cones, ladders, and hurdles to develop stabilizer strength and prevent injuries.
