Our last plane load of relief supplies has left Portland. We are no longer accepting donations.

Thank you for all the donations! We are going to stop taking donations, there are enough larger aircraft getting into Tennessee and North Carolina to bring in much more than we can.
We currently have enough supplies for another plane load which will be departing this afternoon.

Our second Cessna 404 load of aid supplies left the Huntington (IN) Airport at 1pm and headed to Greenville TN. We are working with Miller Aviation to help ferry donations as quickly as possible to those in need.

Thank you to everyone who made donations, and to Portland Walmart for the donation of bottled water. Our first flight has left Portland enroute to Asheville, NC. We will continue accepting donations today for a flight tomorrow.

Sonrise would like to thank everyone who has donated relief supplies. We are currently palletizing the items and preparing to make the first run to North Carolina. We are still accepting donations from 8-5pm at the airport as we anticipate making several flights this week.

UPDATE; We will have our first plane departing tomorrow around noon. The airport will be open at 8 AM to accept donations. We are also supporting Miller Aviation out of Huntington in delivering supplies. 

Sonrise is currently working with an organization to fly hurricane relief supplies to North Carolina. If you would like to help, donations can be dropped off at the Portland Municipal Airport located at 661 W 100 N from 8am-5pm.

Weight is a major consideration, please consider donating items such as these:
