Process server's are messengers of the Court of Washington and are a necessary step in the procession of all legal matters and in both civil and superior court cases. We notify people in person through direct contact that they are to appear in court. I span six counties and will travel further out upon request. My most frequented counties are Pierce, Kitsap and King counties. Two or three times a
month I also go as far out as Mason county, and I live in Jefferson county so getting papers served in Jefferson and Clallam Counties are not a problem. I can also file your documents for you at various courthouses including Seattle, Tacoma, Port Orchard, Port Townsend and Port Angeles and even as far out as Shelton upon request. I'm not a want-to be cop nor do I suffer from the Rambo Syndrome and I will be as civil and courteous as I can to the people im trying to serve. This isn't a game to me, it's a business and generally speaking I treat everyone that I serve as I would a customer is treated a car dealership. Of course there are those cases where people are less than happy to see me, but I always leave with a smile on my face. I do not charge for mileage.
