✅ If you receive a suspicious email, report it and delete it immediately.

Receptionist/Admin
Part Time: 20-25hrs/week (M-F peak office hours) Temp position (Jan-April)
$15/hr DOE
Start date: Jan 13th

This position is a temporary position for tax season. It will go through mid April, and after that we will need to evaluate personnel fit and work load to see if we can continue.

OTH Accounting is an accounting office that is gearing up for tax season. We’re looking for someone to help out with general office/receptionist duties through the busy part of our year. This person will help out where needed, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and helping our tax preparers and bookkeepers as needed.

We’re looking for someone who is intuitive and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow directions is key.

Job Requirements:
-Answer phones and greet clients
-Maintain office schedule, making and updating appointments
-Create and maintain filing systems
-Work point of sale
-Help out as needed with general office tasks (copying, organizing, client communication, etc.)
-Assist tax preparers and bookkeepers with menial tasks

Skills/Experience Needed:
-Must have previous experience in the customer service industry
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Must have a positive and friendly attitude
-Experience with common office communication (i.e. email, phone systems, etc.)
-Experience with point of sales and taking customer money
-Must have good attention to detail and be able to follow directions as given
-Previous experience in an accounting office is a plus
