With Nashville's Big Back Yard – we were recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

We are so grateful to be part of Nashville’s Big Back Yard! Wonderful community, great neighbors!

The owners of Primm Springs Fairytale Venue, were inspired when they visited Carmel, CA and toured the fairytale homes built by Hugh Comstock. Kathy and Stan Singley decided to sell their home and search for the perfect piece of land to create a magical place that would give their guests the opportunity to escape to a simpler time, enjoy beautiful views, walk through gardens, and relish in the peacefulness of nature. They found that property in Primm Springs, Tennessee.

They began construction on 25 acres, with a replica of Comstock’s version of The Hansel House, yet doubling the size; creating their own Hansel & Gretel Cottage. They also designed and built the Sleeping Beauty Cottage using Comstock’s design as inspiration. Recent additions to the property include an event pavilion and a beautiful deck overlooking the river valley creating a whimsical and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion, wedding, getaway or photo shoot.

Over the next few years they plan on adding more amenities and unique structures. Come enjoy their fairytale cottages, outdoor swings, fire pit, picnic areas and more, and experience this magical place in Nashville’s Big Back Yard.
