Kristin Rose - Off to Neverland Travel In a land not so far away (Kentucky) and not so long ago (well 30 years), my family decided to take a trip to the Walt Disney World® Resort.

agical trip. My family loved being in Florida so much, we moved there. I grew up visiting the Walt Disney World® Resort on special events like class trips and Grad Night. I loved Orlando so much, I moved there. I went to college at the University of Central Florida, where I earned my degree in Hospitality Management with a specialty in Travel and Tourism. Some twenty years later, I am raising my family in a small town in Texas with my wonderful husband. Not surprisingly, I convinced my husband that we needed to visit the Walt Disney World® Resort when my children were just two and four years old. Let's just say he wasn't terribly excited about this "type of vacation." Well, one walk down Main Street U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom® Park, and I knew he was hooked. He had my daughter on his shoulders so she could see the stage show and tears welled in his eyes. We've returned every year since. I am fortunate enough to be able to make magic happen every day by sharing my passion and knowledge of Disney Destinations with other families. I am able to combine the special knowledge of Disney Destinations that I learned at the College of Disney Knowledge with my own extensive experience with Disney parks and Disney Cruise Line®. Whether you're taking your own first trip to a Disney Destination or are a seasoned Disney fan like me, l would be honored to add some pixie dust to your vacation plans. I posted this back in 2016, I think. Looking ahead to 2024, I'm planning what will likely be the last of our family vacations as a party of 4. Our dynamics are changing as my kids are in their 20s. So once again, this perspective rings true: "Always take the trip!" Share the experiences and memories. You won't regret it. The most common question I’m asked right now is “Will I have fun going to [fill in the blank] right now with all of the restrictions?”

While I can’t make that personal decision for my clients, I am happy to share my experiences traveling and visiting destinations during COVID-19 so they can be better informed to make decisions! I just spent the weekend at Four Seasons Orlando! It is a lovely resort on property at Walt Disney World Resort. It’s a getaway within a Disney vacation! I highly recommend this as a great option for an adults only trip or multigenerational trip. Kids will love the lazy river!

Four Seasons Orlando Room Tour

I wanted to share an awesome room tour video of the Four Seasons Orlando done by a fellow Magic Maker at Off to Neverland. This is a luxury resort option that I would love to book for your next trip to Walt Disney World resort! I've had nothing but fabulous, enthusiastic reviews from my clients who have stayed here.

I remember Epcot’s The Biergarten Restaurant from when I was a child, and I finally returned this year! It was pretty yummy (good variety) and entertainment/atmosphere was perfect! Great location for large groups/families.

Happy 45th anniversary to Magic Kingdom Park! Feeling nostalgic today as I watched a video from my first trip in 1981 (during the Tencennial Salute) to most Magical Place on Earth! Note the old Main Street Cars and little crowds....times have changed!
