Why stay with us?

We have been enjoying Provincetown for many years and we want you to feel as much love for Provincetown as we do.

Our newly renovated condominium is located on Commercial Street near the Truro line. When you enter Beach Point Club you’ll notice that ample parking abounds. Walking over toward your retreat you’ll see that there’s a private front yard where you can relax, drink coffee, eat breakfast, or grill for dinner. When you enter the living area you’ll be greeted by warm bamboo flooring and fresh, white cabinetry with shiplap walls for that quintessential Cape Cod cottage feel. We offer one bedroom with a queen size bed and a sleeping loft with two twin mattresses. Additionally, the couch in the living area folds down into a bed. The bathroom has been completely redone with new floors, tiled shower/tub, and even a new low-flow toilet to preserve Provincetown’s most precious commodity- water! Lastly, adjoining the bedroom is a private, outdoor sitting area. You’ll feel sand under your feet while you relax in the adirondack chairs. There’s even a small refrigerator to store extra drinks and snacks in this little oasis. The entire property is bright and airy and is the perfect location for your quiet and relaxing get-away. We offer a private pool for residents and guests only. Also, this condo is steps to the private beach- there's no need to pack your car- simply pack a bag and walk on out!

When you’re ready to wine and dine or shop till you drop, your retreat is located less than 2 miles from the bustling center. Here you can survey eclectic items to purchase, eat at world famous, affordable restaurants, and enjoy the varied recreational activities one can find only in Provincetown. If you don't want to drive in to town the bus line is located across the street where the bus makes rounds approximately every 30 minutes.

Nearby attractions include whale watching on the Dolphin Fleet, exploring the dunes with Art's Dune Tours, climbing Pilgrim Monument, and bike riding. Attractions worth the ride: Truro Winery and the Wellfleet Drive-In. Provincetown's nightlife will certainly add some zest to your world, showcasing well known performers sharing their talents with you.
