Typical spring day in Sundance. The last two days we’ve seen beautiful bright blue sky then minutes later a blizzard moves in. Never a dull moment here. Easter weekend in the mountains could be a great option this weekend. Hide the eggs in the snow this year and make more great memories.

No place we’d rather be for the holiday weekend. We still have a few cabins available if you’re looking for cooler temps and you get tired of the heat and the fireworks. If you do venture up to nature to celebrate please leave the fireworks at home. And how about this view!!

We are in full bloom @ the Storybook Stone Cottage. Snow pack is melting from on high at a good rate. Mountains are as green as they can get. It’s a beautiful time to be in the mountains.

Loving spring in the mountains. Everything is budding and the streams are impressive. All kinds of excuses to escape for the holiday weekend. We have several great cabins still available. Weather is perfect and the mountains are calling.

Some things just need to be experienced. Winter 2023 in Sundance is one of them! 20” in the last 24 hrs. A return guest told me today was the best day of skiing in his life. Another from Miami thought shoveling snow, soaking in the hot tub and tending his wood burning fire was the perfect vacation. It’s been a long hard winter but we love what we do and have an incredible team that makes it all happen! Come make some winter memories. We have a few options still available this weekend.

Finally a day without waking up to another 12” of new snow. Blue sky and beautiful. Spent some time at a favorite cabin perfect for a quiet escape. Wee Cottage doesn’t disappoint with a wood burning fireplace, hot tub, stream side location, 1 bed and 1 bath.
