Across street from water with nice pond view. The house has a full kitchen and bath, along with WiFi and Air Conditioning. One bedroom has a full bed and the other has bunk beds. There is also a queen pull-out sofa in the front room and a day bed in the back room. There is a back deck that has a propane grill for you to use, along with table and chairs for eating or relaxing outside. We also have

a small fire pit and an outdoor bar for relaxing (firewood and refreshments not included) . Summer (June, July and August) rentals run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Spring and Fall rentals run daily with a minimum of a two night stay.

It’s time for beautiful beach sunsets and fishing. Due to a last minute cancellation we now have the week of July 2 to July 9 available. Rate is $750 per week up to 4 guests. I also have the end of August available. We’re booked almost all of fishing season but if you need dates, DM me.

NOTICE: We’ve made two major improvements this year; adding both dedicated WiFi along with Air Conditioning! We’re excited to bring these conveniences to our guests. As you can imagine, along with these items comes the expense. Effective for 2022 bookings, our rates will increase to $750 per week in summer (up to 4 guests) and $125 per night in spring and fall (up to 3 guests). More guests can be added at an additional fee. We appreciate the loyalty of our repeat guests, and will offer discounts for any guest that has previously stayed with us. THANK YOU! Denise and Don

Spring will be here before we know it! That means it’s time to begin thinking about your plans for 2021 at Sandy Pond. Reserve your dates now. We have some spring weekends open, as well as a couple summer weeks, and we still have some fall weekends too. Stay in a cottage where you and your group have the place to yourselves. We look forward to having you as our guests.
