In addition, if you are considering purchasing a property with the golf bundle, be aware that The Board of Directors voted to adopt a new Capital Contribution amount of $5,000 for new buyers in the community effective January 1, 2025. Current owners who move within the community between golf deeded properties will continue to pay the current $1500 Capital Contribution.
