This large, historic island home is located on Toledo Avenue, on the edge of the three-block downtown district of the Village of Put-in-Bay. The Jet Express dock is just two blocks away, and the bus that carries passengers between the Miller Ferry’s Lime Kiln dock and downtown, is located directly across the street. t has three bedrooms, a newly renovated full bath with shower, and a half bath. It can accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen has a large island, and comes full equipped with pots, pans, plates, glassware, and utensils for preparing meals during your extended stay. The home also has a large, spacious office with lots of work space, a full size desk, and plenty of electrical outlets for hooking up needed office equipment. This area allows you to set-up your mobile office, and not have to use the kitchen table and continually set-up, and put away your equipment. When it’s time to relax, and kick back, the Queen Elizabeth has a large, full-screened enclosed back porch that overlooks the National Park, and the memorial column. The back porch, as well as the home itself, is furnished with comfortable wicker furniture. The dining area has a long table that seats 10 comfortably, and the kitchen features a built in bar area for entertaining. There is room to park several vehicles, and lots of room outside to enjoy sunbathing, or curling up with a good book. Once here, there is no reason to drive, and in fact you do not need to bring a vehicle. There are golf cart rentals within two blocks of the house, on Hartford Avenue, and on the Jet Dock. But you can also get in a little exercise. Everything downtown is within walking distance of the Queen Elizabeth.
