WE ARE BACK!!! Experienced owners with Vacation Rentals for over 30 years! After raising our family at Crescent Bar with 20-plus years of fabulous memories, our daughter and son-in-law wanted to share this unique and idyllic vacation paradise with their own family. So we partnered in building a large, beautiful vacation rental home at Crescent Bay Resort – custom designed especially for our guests’ needs! It is furnished with great 'attention to detail' for the convenience and enjoyment of our wonderful families. We provide all of the extra amenities and same level of impeccable service that we offered for so many years with our Crescent Bar condos! We especially like being in a secure gated community! The private pool is used ONLY by homeowners and their guests - it is locked and accessible only with a pool card. We chose our building lot because of the close proximity to the pool, our patio's sunny southern exposure, and the much larger lawns and greenspace directly in front of our house - compared to many homes with small or no lawns. Our property is VERY 'family friendly' and simply a great place to vacation with oodles of kids! PEACEFUL BALCONY WITH SPECTACULAR SCENIC VIEWS: We are one of the few homes with a full-length upper balcony! Sip your early morning coffee while the glowing sun rises over the basalt rock cliffs. Soak up the heat of the afternoon sun in private, away from the activity in the lawns below. Escape to read that book that you never have time to do at home. Have a 'birds-eye' view of the fighter jets training along the river bank. Enjoy 'Happy Hour' with friends and family as the sun sets, splashing vivid colors on the western cliffs.
