The Case Baby Doc always delivers, but only for a limited time! This pint-sized knife was modeled after the
full-sized Doctor’s Knife (‘85SP). The pattern was named by the Case Collectors Club community at the Zippo/
Case International Swap Meet in 2004 and was later introduced to the public in January, 2005. The knife
hearkens back to a time when doctors carried a knife like this in their medicine bags to cut sutures and
bandages, crush pills, and mix medicines while conducting housecalls. Be sure to pick up your Baby Doc from
Case before it goes back to the Vault at the end of 2025

The Cockleburr Trapper, just $61.95 each
The RoseCraft Blades Cockleburr Creek Trapper is our take on a traditional Trapper pattern. This two-bladed slip joint features a 3.25″ D2 clip point main blade and a 3.25″ D2 spey blade, both with heavy swedging, half stops, and brushed satin finishes. The covers are rosewood, with brushed steel bolsters, steel liners, nickel silver pins, and the stainless steel Rosebud shield. It’s 4.125″ closed, 7.4″ open (main blade), and weighs 3.9oz. Based on a traditional Trapper pattern, re-imagined by Andy Armstrong.

Designed with fast-deploying AXIS assist for boosted actuation, the 585BK-251 Mini Barrage features premium Purple Haze FatCarbon handle scales, Abyss PVD-coated hardware, and a black DLC BattleWash finished CPM-S90V stainless steel drop-point blade. As ephemeral as this natural phenomenon, the Gold Class 585BK-251 Mini Barrage is limited to 3,500 pieces and is only available in 2025.

Red Hill Cutlery was born as an extension of Basham Lumber Co. Inc. Lonnie Basham (owner & President of Basham Lumber and founder of Red Hill Cutlery) brought in a small knife display on their hardware counter. The fast sellers prompted Lonnie to continue growing and eventually Red Hill Cutlery was born. Named after the town his father grew up in, Red Hill, Lonnie kept his parents entrepreneurial spirit alive with the family’s business name and logo, as Lonnie’s parents (Louis JR and Shirley Basham) started Basham Lumber in 1963. Now as this family business continues to grow, Lonnie & Kim Basham (owners of Basham Lumber & Red Hill Cutlery) sons Jason and Josh help run both business’ day-to-day activities.
Family owned and operated, our store offers a massive collection of knives of all shapes and sizes, from tactical to traditional, EDCs to collectibles, hunting to kitchen, carving to carrying. With over 10,000 knives on display daily, we’re sure to have something you’ll love.
Kentucky's Largest Knife Showplace is also home to the Kentucky Museum of American Pocketknives. Located inside Red Hill's over 5,000 sq ft Showroom, this museum has rare pieces of Cutlery history dating back to the turn of the century. The collection is a private collection and one of the largest in the world. The museum is open daily during Red Hill’s normal business hours, and admission is FREE.
In 2018, Red Hill Cutlery was influential in designating Radcliff, as the Knife Capital of Kentucky. The Basham family that owns Red Hill Cutlery worked diligently with local and state wide officials to get Joint Resolution 37 passed through Kentucky’s Senate and House of Representatives. Securing a tourist destination that knife enthusiasts would visit from all over.
After getting the city of Radcliff designated as the Knife Capital of Kentucky, RHC couldn’t have predicted what would come next. Fall of 2019, marked an even more monumental year for the Basham family and staff of Red Hill Cutlery, as the opened there NEW location on the corner of HWY 313 (Joe Prather Hwy) and US 31W (Dixie Hwy). The new state of the art facility has become a beacon for the knife community and whats a beacon without a true monument. Its with this in mind Red Hill began the work on what would eventually become a World Record Holder, The World’s LARGEST Pocketknife. Over 6,200 lbs of American Steel and a handle over 20 ft long, the enlarged replica of a Case XX Barlow was born. Again working with local officials, and donations from Radcliff/Fort Knox Tourism and WR Case the Basham family unveiled its fully functional monument that attracts thousands of visitors daily.
We might be just down the street from Fort Knox and the US Bullion Depository (Gold Vault) but for the collector and knife connoisseur the real treasure is Red Hill Cutlery. Where Traditions & Heirlooms Meet
