We finally took delivery on a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer. We're planning on selling our Pakastani mulberries freeze dried this year. This is our first run (mulberries not in yet) of gummy bears. They explode into a much larger, crunchy version.

This is a honey bee. The pollen on her legs is from dandelions.Her tongue is sticking out due to what killed her that was on the dandelions. It's spring, dandelions are the bees first food. This bee is dead from w**d killer spread on what we see as w**ds, but what nature sees as food. Please don't spray for w**ds until vou see the blackberries blooming. In this area, w**ds, flowers and fruit trees are bees only source of food until midle of June. There are FAR more w**ds than flowers or fruit trees, so it's their only food source. No bees, no food crops for us and we all starve٠

Glamping in SoCal's Wine Country

There's nothing quite like sleeping under canvas, as many of us fondly remember from our scouting days. Fast forward a couple decades, and spending a half day gathering gear and filling ice chests while juggling kids, work commitments and charcoal isn't as idyllic as we remember.
